The Silver Key

The Silver Key provides access to a basic list of services for studios and apartment owners, who want to list their properties to be listed and managed across various platforms engaged in providing home stays to the Urban Business & Leisure travellers.

Service Charges: 30% of Listed price on platform after deducting platform charges.

Includes:

* Listing and managing Properties on BNB platform 

* Daily House Keeping Services including cleaning and dusting of the apartment

* Bed upkeep with laundry services for bed linen

* Replacement of consumables for Guests including teabags, milk sachets, sugar sachets, handwash, bath gel and shampoo

Does not include: Upkeep and maintenance of all equipments and plumbing, electrical installations and crockery, replacement of gadgets or appliances that are past warranty and guest laundry services  and guest laundry service
