The Gold Key provides access to an essential list of services for studios and apartment owners, who want to list their properties to be listed and managed across various platforms engaged in providing home stays to the Urban Business & Leisure travelers

Service Charges 40% of Listed price on platform after deducting platform charges.

Includes:

* Listing and managing Properties on BNB platforms 

* Daily House Keeping Services including cleaning and dusting of the apartment

* Bed upkeep with bed linen laundry services

* Upkeep and regular running maintenance of all equipments and plumbing, electrical installations and crockery

* Replacement of consumables for Guests including teabags, milk sachets, sugar sachets, handwash, bath gel and shampoo

Does not include: Replacement of gadets or appliances that are past warranty and guest laundry services
