The Platinum Key

The Platinum Key provides access to an extensive list of services for studios and apartment owners, who want to list their properties to be listed and managed across various platforms engaged in providing home stays to the Urban Business & Leisure travellers. 

Service Charges: 50% of the net listed price on the platforms post deduction of platform charges 

Includes: 

* Listing and managing properties on BNB platforms 

* Daily House Keeping Services including cleaning and dusting of the apartment

* Bed setup and upkeep with laundry services

* Upkeep and regular running maintenance of all equipments and plumbing, electrical installations and crockery

* Replacement of consumables for Guests including teabags, milk sachets, sugar sachets, handwash, bath gel and shampoo

* Replacement of Bath towels and Bedsheets as and when require

*Guest Laundry Services - 1 cycle of 12 garments free for Guests for a long stay of minimum 3 days. 

Does not include: Replacement of gadgets or appliances that are past warranty.
